Five Ways Gravity Can Help You Make Lots of Money in Precious Metals

Some people believe they need metal detectors to find precious metals. Other people use drones. And still others think they need precious metal testing kits.

Those people are right. But today, we would like to remind you of another very basic fact that can help you find more precious metals  . . .

When precious metals are heavier than the materials that surround them, they fall to the bottom and are easy to locate

And if you use that very simple principle, you won’t necessarily need any specialized equipment to find gold scrap, silver scrap, platinum scrap . . .  or any other kind of scrap. You only need to know where to look.

Five Examples of Precious Metals You Can Find Using this Principle

  1. In sludge and sand. You can find gold and silver scrap that has fallen to the bottom of accumulations of sand, sludge and even mud. One example?  When an investor collected a ton of sandy sludge that had accumulated near the location of an old gold mine, he found a deposit of gold flakes at the lowest level of it. The gold had moved to the bottom, making it easy to find.

  2. In drain pipes under plating tanks. When another investor was dismantling some plating tanks that had been used in a jewelry factory, he found valuable accumulations of gold and silver in the drain pipes underneath them. Again, gravity had moved those precious metals to that location. Another hint – he used a ball-shaped wire brush to remove those deposits from the inside of those pipes.

  3. In solutions that contain silver. When retrieving silver from a photo processing solution, an investor was able to use muriatic acid to get the silver to precipitate out of the solution. Thanks to gravity, the silver fell to the bottom and was easily collected.

  4. In sink traps in an old house. When demolishing a house, a treasure hunter was able to find several items of old gold-plated costume jewelry in sink traps. Again, gravity was his best friend in his hunt for precious metals.

  5. Under floorboards and baseboards. When the floorboards were pulled up in the work area of a former factory, the dust that had accumulated there was found to contain both silver and gold. Why? Again, because gravity had caused those metals to fall to the lowest point possible, where they could be easily collected.

Do You Know What You Are Looking at?

After you collect materials like those we have described in today’s post, how do you find out whether they contain valuable materials like gold scrap, silver scrap or even platinum scrap?

You call our consultants at 800-426-2344. We will tell you how to send us your materials for testing. It has been our experience that some substances that look worthless can contain larger quantities of precious metals than seemed possible. Call us to learn more.
